Basically, the rule is, the more files a website should presents, the more expensive the web hosting service rate becomes. This is why before choosing a web design hosting package the web owner must first consider the number of web pages he or she is planning to create.

If it’s just a simple website presenting a company’s profile and services, middle range packages are already good. If it is planned to become a major website with thousands of visitors daily, then expensive packages should do it. 

It should be noted though that free website hosting service really sounds good, but free web hosting providers of course cannot be really that generous. Most of them put pop up windows and advertisements on the sites that they serve. This is needless to say really annoying, and can piss off, instead of encourage, visitors.
